Does anyone have a Blow Dryer?
We have been tempting fate for months, putting our drinks in convenient places like the tops of speakers.  It hadn't cost us until November 22nd at the Hamlin Pub in Rochester.  Jim had his diet Coke placed conveniently on top of one of the cases that sat on the subwoofer, right next to the board when our zealous version of the Kinks "You Really Got Me" rocked so hard that it rumbled the pop right off the case and dumped the entire thing into the sound board!  It was freaky because as we were singing, it actually sounded like it was underwater. 
We took a quick break and Jim asked the bar manager if he had a blow dryer and sure enough one of the waitresses came up with one.
15 minutes of holding the board upside down, blowing a fan and the blow dryer on the board, we were back in business.
